Gamified, Guided and Group-Based

Our programming leverages the positive dyanamics and neurochemistry of group-based experiences and gamified learning. Each module includes a series of action steps or "moves" and a point system that can turn into awards and prizes both on the group coaching calls and an ultimate prize at the end of the journey. 


Cohort, program or team-based play and learning leverages shared connection and accountabilty, leading to greater achievement and growth.
